Training assessments

Pre- and post- training assessments for Excel and Access

We recognise that training must pay its way – there’s no point in conducting training for your staff unless it provides measurable value. That’s why we’ve just added another tool to our website: online knowledge assessments.

An example of an assessment question for Excel A selection, randomly drawn from a large bank of questions, helps you to objectively identify the current level of your staff. Armed with this knowledge, together we can make an informed decision about the training that will most benefit your company.

Feedback is provided both in the form of the detailed results, person by person, of the test, and also in the form of an overview of all those staff who took the test.

For extra benefit, staff may take the test again following the training. The large pool of questions means that they won’t simply be repeating earlier answers, and a clear picture can be establised of the benefits gained from the training.

No cost for our customers

We’re happy to make this tool available to anyone for a minimal charge. But for customers of The IT Service, it’s absolutely free – it’s just another example of how our commitment to legendary customer service makes a real difference.

For the moment, the quiz is available on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, but we have plans to add Word and PowerPoint very soon.
